San Francisco’s own Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman from Mythbusters weigh in on the conundrum.

In anticipation for the summer blockbuster Man of Steel, which drops June 14 (look for the review soon), Savage and Hyneman along with Bill Nye (the Science Guy), Kevin Smith (geek-cult director of Clerks among others) and Mayim Balik (real life neuroscientist and actress on The Big Bang Theory) have been assembled by Gillette to discuss the theories on how the original superhero can shave. Assuming his stubble of steel would shred a normal razor blade, each of the aforementioned science celebrities put forth a video of their theory behind the mystery and viewers can vote on which they find most persuasive. Fans can also put forth their own theories on twitter with the hashtag #HowDoesHeShave.
