Gabriel Cothes, who leads Salt House’s bar program, has added a Bittersweet Cup to the restaurant’s happy hour menu. The drink features Campari, Muddled Brandied Cherries and Lemon, SKYY Vodka, Luxardo, Soda with a dehydrated Campari rim also available. It is available at Salt House from 2:30-5:00 p.m. for $9.

At Town Hall, Tabatha Von Mohn has incorporated The Bitter End into the happy hour menu. The drink includes SKYY Vodka, Grapefruit and Tarragon Syrup, Lemon with a Candied Grapefruit and Salt Rim. It will be available from 4:00-6:00 p.m. through the month of November for $12.
