Absinthe Offers James Beard, France-Inspired Dinners

In July, the team from Absinthe Brasserie & Bar spent a week in New York, including serving up dinner at the acclaimed James Beard House. Executive Chef Adam Keough then spent the following week in France. And both have offered a bit of inspiration.
