It’s been a year since acclaimed pastry chef Belinda Leong started up her pop-up, b.patisserie. And to celebrate, she’s throwing a pastry party in the courtyard at salumeria on Sunday.
The event, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., will feature an assortment of some of Leong’s treats. The full menu is below:

*Brioche Feuilletée Au Sucre (served with Housemade Confiture) – Layered Brioche with Sugar Grains

Every guest who makes a purchase will also receive a special anniversary treat. Leong is expected to open her own patisserie and cafe on California and Divisadero by the end of the year.
