Braised Angus Beef Rib, Heirloom Tomato Jam, White Corn Risotto (paired with Aberlour 16)
Butterscotch Pudding, pecan shortbread cookie (paired with Glenlivet 16 Nadurra)
The dinner is from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 and is $55 per person (not including tax and gratuity).
