Sometimes an impromptu road trip can do a lot to clear one’s head of San Francisco’s summer fog—especially when that road trip includes partying with Skrillex, Bloc Party, Boys Noize and more at HARD Summer Music Festival, August 3-4 in downtown L.A.

My favorite has to be Reggae Rising in 2007. Stephen, Ziggy, and Damien Marley all singing “Jammin'” together gave me goosebumps. People cried. It was magical.
Memorable moment of the summer… watching The Rapture and dancing our asses off at Coachella!
At electro Zoo in NYC. Watching Chemical Brothers drop BLOCK ROCKING BEATS. Raging in the front row with close friends and 5000 party people!
EDC this year on Sunday. I lost all my belongings, including ID and ticket, but I still gained entry!! I found my friends soon thereafter, and the euphoria from our reunion made the night one that I will never forget. We saw Armin, Flux, and others and rode the rides until the sun rose and our exhausted bodies collapsed in a heap in our hotel room. Wonderful!!
Most memorable Summer experience? Sneaking backstage at a Diplo show and stage diving!!!!
Going to Disneyland on a 72 hour trip and watching world of color!!!

definitely swedish house mafia at Coachella 2012. They brought so much energy to the whole entire crowd. They came, they loved, they raved.
Favorite summer music festival was attending Rock the Bells 2011. Love the fact that Hard Summer isn’t only catered to EDM, and includes Bootsy Collins and in the past Odd Future and N.E.R.D.
‘HFStival 1999 with RHCP headlining in Ravens Stadium in Bmore. Fire. Nudity. Madness. I was wearing an American flag bikini. At some point I competed in a pull-up contest sponsored by the Marines. I won. I was 16 years old and it was fabulous.

The most recent memorable festival experience was jammin out to reggae performers on the pier while it rained! Super fun and I didn’t get sick the next day.

Saw Nero this summer at the peace and love festival in Sweden and even though it rained it was one of my favorite gigs, absolutely sick! Road tripping from SF to LA next week and this seems awesome!
