Prospect has launched a new Sunday Supper series, offering a bit of a different option for diners to end their weeks.
Launched earlier this month, each week, the dinner offers a 3-course prix fixe menu, which rotates based on produce and ingredients that are available. The price may vary slightly each week but is usually in the $30 range.
Last week, the first installment featured a white corn soup, seared petrale soup and cherries jubilee and ice cream. Here’s a look at the menu for Sunday, July 29:

The regular dinner menu is also available. Prospect is located at 300 Spear Street. The restaurant is open for dinner from 5:30-9:30 on Sunday nights.
