222 Hyde has hosted parties for SF promoters of all backgrounds. Regardless of which party scene you stick to most, it’s likely you’ve already visited 222 since its reopening to reacquaint yourself with their Turbosound sound system and seen the light installation that now makes this rave cave glow. Next week, on Thursday, July 19, 222 begins a new series of events titled 222 Presents.

This month, 222 Presents brings out Sammy Dee. Not to be confused with SF’s own Sammy D of Pillowtalk, German-born Sammy Dee, aka Mario Radecki, is a mainstay on the forward-thinking minimal techno imprint, Perlon, solo and as one half of the duo, Pantytec. His DJ skills have earned him residencies at a variety of popular German clubs, including Live at Robert Johnson, E-Werk, Tresor, and Panoramabar.
