Vendors Announced for 4th Annual SF Street Food Festival
Each year, the San Francisco Street Food Festival seems to grow by leaps and bounds and 2012 is no different.
On Friday, organizers announced the list of vendors signed up to participate in this year’s event. The list includes both street vendors and brick-and-mortar restaurants, bars and shops. Here’s a list of participants:

La Cocina, the event’s main organizer, and Whole Foods Market are partnering up to present this year’s Local Forager Contest. The winner (via online vote) will get a free booth spot at the festival, free kitchen prep time through La Cocina and logistical support throughout the event. The contest voting ends on July 25.
This year’s event will also feature the first-ever Night Market at the Alemany Farmer’s Market on Friday, August 17, which will kick-off the weekend of festivities. Organizers said they hope it is reminiscent of nighttime markets in Bangkok and Singapore with music, food, dancing and drinks.
This year’s San Francisco Street Food Festival will be held on Saturday, August 18 with events on Friday and the rest of the weekend as well. Should be another amazing event!!
