Cartoonist, writer, graphic novelist and independent journalist Ted Rall presents his latest effort The Book of Obama: From Hope and Change to the Age of Revolt at Modern Times Bookstore Collective Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 7:00 pm.

Tracing the exuberance of the “Yes We Can” campaign to the present moment, syndicated columnist and political cartoonist Ted Rall explores the current Administration’s foreign policy, the Tea Party and Occupy movements and the capitalist system that precludes any real change.

Rall has received numerous awards for his work with alternative weeklies and has published a number of books dealing with domestic and international affairs. He is also no stranger to controversy and has drawn the ire of some offended by the brusqueness of his work.
