We recently profiled Jasper’s Corner Tap & Kitchen Bar Manager Kevin Diedrich, who is making some amazing cocktails behind the bar. But the restaurant also offers plenty of great dishes with chef Adam Carpenter leading the way. Those two forces combine this week for some special dinners.

From Thursday, May 17 through Sunday, May 20, Jasper’s will be offering a special menu with bourbon cocktail pairings. Diners can order all three courses, drinks included for $50 or order a la carte with the bourbon drinks at $10 apiece.

Below is the menu with cocktail pairings included:

First Course:

Devils on Horseback ($16) – bacon-wrapped medjool dates, black pepper & bourbon glaze, strawberry and mixed greens.

Drink: Springtime in Grenoble – Jasper’s bourbon, green chartreuse, cynar, lemon, strawberries, mint.

Second Course:

Grilled Duroc Pork Chop ($26) – whiskey bbq glaze, iacopi farmed baked butter beans, early season white peach compote.

Drink: Jas’ Peachy – Jasper’s bourbon, cocchi americano vermouth, peach liqueur, peach bitters.

Third Course:

Bourbon-Brown Butter Glazed Bars ($12) – maple-glazed 4505 chicarrones.

Drink: Workingman’s Flip – Jasper’s bourbon, guinness, creme de cacao, egg.
