Credo Celebrates Cinco (and Cuatro) de Mayo

CredoIn celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Financial District restaurant Credo is ditching its regular menu and paying homage to the homeland of Executive Chef Gustavo Romero with a Mexican menu.

On Friday, May 4 and Saturday, May 5, come by to taste the Chef’s special menu which includes items such as:

  • Molotes de Papa: purple potato, corn masa, pulled chicken on telera
  • Tostada de Ceviche: halibut, leche de tigre, pico de gallo
  • Queso Fundido: Oaxaca, crescenza and fontina cheeses, housemade chorizo, housemade flatbread
  • Chancho al Tamarindo: tamarino-marinated pork tenderloin
  • Costilla de Res Tacos: dried chiles, braised short rib tacos
