Jonathan Moscone in Conversation

As part of the monthly Arts in Dialogue series at the The Yerba Buena Community Benefit District, playwright and director Jonathan Moscone will be speaking live about local art and culture with SF Appeal Editor, Eve Batey.

Jonathan Moscone has most recently been in the news for a play he wrote about the death of his father, Mayor George Moscone, called Ghost Light, created for the the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Berkeley Repertory Theatre.

Moscone has served as the Artistic Director of California Shakespeare Theater for twelve years and his productions have received praise from local critics and earned him Bay Area Critics Circle and Dean Goodman Choice Awards for Best Direction and Production.

Doors for the talk with Jonathan Moscone will open at 7pm and the conversation will begin at 8pm on Thursday, April 19.
