Thirsty Bear Brewing Company (661 Howard Street) is offering an embarrassment of rarified riches this afternoon with their very own Organic Orgy.

For a $35 entry fee, attendees will enjoy unlimited tastings from 4 until 7pm tonight. Virtually every certified organic brewery from the state of California will be on tap, including Bison, Butte Creek, Eel River, MataVeza, Napa Smith, Santa Cruz Mountain, Sierra Nevada, Ukiah, Uncommon Brewers, and Thirsty Bear‘s very own organic offering.

In addition there will be appetizers provided by local farms, including some tasty cheeses and artisanally-baked breads. It’s a great way to kick off this exciting, buzz-filled Saturday afternoon, ringing in the final 24 hours of what has clearly been the most expansive and energetic Beer Week yet. I’ll drink to that.
