Lenny Kravitz Enjoys His Wings

Lenny Kravitz is doing a Valentine’s show across the Bay in Oakland at the Fox Theater on Tuesday night. But while he was in the Bay Area, he made a special trip to the Haight on Monday, including a stop at Wing Wings.

Lower Haight blog Haighteration chronicled the rock star’s brief trip, which included a stop at Rooky Ricardo’s music shop, talking to owner Dick Vivian for about 45 minutes.

While he and his entourage were there, Wing Wings co-owner Lisa Shin stopped by with some “brown sugar and black pepper biscuits.”

Apparently, Kravitz was rather enamored with the biscuits and decided to stop by Wing Wings to sample some items off the menu.

Shin tells Haighteration that Kravitz “especially seemed to like their Angry Korean wings.”
