There’s something about hot chocolate that just screams “I’m perfect for a cold day!” While some may remember the drink as a childhood favorite, the folks at Seasons Bar and Lounge inside the Four Seasons Hotel have a grown-up twist with the Adult Hot Chocolate Series.

Now through New Year’s Day, the bar is serving a selection of adult (read: spiked) hot chocolates featuring Valhrona chocolate and a house-made marshmallow garnish. The menu includes Hangar One Fraser River Raspberry Vodka Hot Chocolate, House-Infused Vanilla Svedka Vodka Hot Chocolate, and Orange Grand Marnier Hot Chocolate.

The drinks are $14 each, or $18 for a tasting of all three.

Also available is the premium Adult Hot Chocolate for $25, made with Martell Crodon Bleu and a gold leaf and plain marshmallow garnish.

Not a hot coco lover? The Seasons Bar has a selection of other holiday-inspired beverages, including the Wassail cocktail made with organic apple cider, orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and rum.
