‘Tis the season not just for twinkle lights and pine trees, but for crabs too. Dungeness Crab season is upon us and Slow Food San Francisco is celebrating this Saturday, December 3 with the 5th Annual Slow Crab Dinner at the Women’s Building in the Mission.
The dinner will include crab cooked by the California Culinary College (CCA) student chefs, as well as a variety of other local artisan food products, including dessert from Bi-Rite Market and Tartine Bakery. Chow down on crab and enjoy wine and beer from the likes of Anchor Brewing Company, 21st Amendment, Speakeasy and ThirstyBear Brewing Company.
