This month’s installment of Studio Gourmet returns to Circolo (500 Florida Street) for an engaging evening of food and frivolity with Mark Dommen–head chef at One Market. If last month’s event serves as any indicator, attendees are in for quite a tasty treat!

Chef Dommen has made quite a name for himself on the national culinary scene as his farm-to-table restaurant in the FiDi has been the recipient of a Michelin Star as well as the adoration of gourmet diners from across the globe. Next Tuesday, November 15th, he’ll talk shop with series host Brad Lev in front of an intimate crowd of lucky listeners, hungry for knowledge as well as a delicious meal, of course.

You can gain access to this exclusive event for a nominal fee of $35, which includes appetizers, a welcome cocktail and a live cooking demonstration featuring one of Mark’s signature dishes: bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with dandelion and apple. You’ll also get to watch an in-depth interview with the chef before enjoying a variety of his most spectacular dishes. I am personally looking forward to his Dungeness Crab Cakes with Saffron Aioli–a San Franciscan sensation.

Considering the price of admission for such an plethora of informative discussion and deliciousness, Studio Gourmet has proven itself to be one of the best dining bargains in the city. So it’s no surprise that tickets sell out super fast. Secure yours today by clicking here. To learn more about previous events in the series check out the Studio Gourmet website.
