Bust up Barbie for a good cause!
Thursday night find an outlet for both your stress and creativity at Barbie Mutilation Night. Bring your twisted imagination, and Doc’s Clock will provide the Barbies and art supplies. For a donation of $5-$20 per Barbie (sliding scale), you can decapitate dolls to raise funds for Creativity Explored. It’s not a sign of sociopathy if it’s for charity, right?
If disfiguring once cherished toys isn’t your thing, you can just do some philanthropic boozing. Twenty percent of the bar will also be donated.
Creativity Explored provides artists with developmental disabilities the means to create, exhibit, and sell their art in our studios and gallery, and around the world. The artists make some incredible art. The sales provide income for the artists and help fund the program. If you’ve never visited their studio on 16th and Guerrero, stop by sometime and check out the awesomeness.
