Free Sorbet at Ferry Building
With temperatures expected to be summer-like on Wednesday, it’s the perfect day for a scoop or two of ice cream. Even better, you can get some for free!
The Cooking Channel ice cream truck is at the Ferry Building from 10-3 on Wednesday and after touring the rest of the country, is partnering with Scream Sorbet to dish out free scoops.
Jeffrey Saad, host of “United Tastes of America,” will also be on hand to greet visitors.
Some of the expected flavors: Kashiwase Flavor King Plulot, Pistachio, Full Belly Watermelon, Macadamia Vanilla, Pink Pearl Apple and Strawberry Lemon.
