The Brunch Box

Watch out, brunch is going to be rolling up in a truck. Eater announced the latest mobile food vendor to hit the streets – The Brunch Box!

According to the truck’s Twitter feed. “It’s official–Brunch Box will christening the truck this Saturday at Ritual, 8am-2pm! Be there or be square!”

The Brunch Box will be featuring fancy menu items like Ricotta Pancake Soufflés, Croque Madames, and Sour Batard French Toast and it is owned by “Eat Curbside co-owner Eric Rud and Chairman Bao alum Caroline Hummer.”

Follow their Twitter feed for the latest news but, according to Eater, expect them to be at the Hayes Valley Proxy location on Sunday as well.

Will this mean more or less lines for Eggs Benedict?
