One of the hottest restaurants in town just got a bit hotter. Flour + Water is hosting a monthly series of guest DJ nights for the next three months, kicking things off tonight with Tim Carr, 5:30pm – onwards.

Carr has curated a special playlist just for tonight and will be celebrated his new album, “The Shadows”. In addition, screenings of his videos “Shake Your Caboose” and “Caved In” will preview throughout the evening, starting at 9:30pm.

The series will continue on Monday, August 1st when the restaurant, along with the Noise Pop festival, will be showcasing Zach Rogue of Rogue Wave. And on September 5th, local sweetheart Thao Nguyen of Thao with the Get Down Stay Down will be DJing.

According to organizers, “Noise Pop guest DJ nights are a series of artist collaborations at flour + water that happen on the first Monday of every month. flour + water has teamed up with Noise Pop, San Francisco’s annual music festival that features the city’s best local indie bands, to bring a series of guest DJ nights to patrons, pairing executive chef Thomas McNaughton’s award-winning cuisine with flour + water’s signature loud music vibe.”
