It may be foggy, windy, dreary and cold here in SF (ugh) but no amount of craptastic summer weather is going to keep us away from the delicious treat of ice cream. Next time you want to spice up your bowl of scoops, instead of using some store-bought topping, try this recipe for chocolate shell.
* 1 pound chocolate chips or coarsely chopped chocolate (not unsweetened)
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
