Not for good. But the staff from the ever-popular diner is taking an early summer vacation, as the restaurant will be closed until approximately June 23.

I dropped by last night and the line was literally out the door, with at least 20 people waiting outside for a chance to get their last fix.

According to the Tablehopper, “the entire Lung Shan and Mission Chinese Food crew are going to China together, visiting the Lung Shan owners’ hometown.”

We will see later this month exactly what new dishes come about from this extended “field trip.”
