One such act is Paul Rose, who goes by the monikers Scuba and—his recent, more techno-oriented alias—SCB, and is well-known in the post-dubstep scene as the label head of Hotflush Recordings. In his own productions, Rose shows mastery in bringing out depth and emotion through his use of tone color and carefully placed elements. By touching on styles ranging from ambient and minimal techno to two-step garage, you’ll want to see him live for the full experience as he plays a set switching between both of his aliases.
