The Mission eatery Flour + Water will be closing down for 11 days (March 24 – April 3) while they spruce up a bit. They’ll be repainting and refreshing the interior and updating the menu. Cue the laments of hundreds of foodies who had been ardently looking forward to waiting in line for a coveted seat.

According to Eater, “Chef-owner Thomas McNaughton will also take the time to work on some new fresh pastas for the menu; so at time of reopening there will be eight pastas offered every day, as opposed to the former five.”

Where will Steve Jobs eat now??
