The fellas from My Morning Jacket just announced plans for the release of their sixth studio album this spring, and Northern California fans will be among the first to get an opportunity to hear the new material live.

To celebrate the upcoming release of Circuital, starting today, the band is releasing weekly downloads of live tracks recorded during a week-long stand at

Terminal 5 in NYC. The only catch, you’ll have to cough up an email address to MMJ to get access. Sign up for the downloads HERE, or the the official MMJ website, which appears to be down at the moment.

Most of album was recorded live in a church gymnasium on the band’s home turf in Louisville, KY, and in Nashville. Look out for the band’s only booked Northern Cali performance on June 30th at the High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy.
