All You Need to Know About Street Food

The Commonwealth Club of California is hosting a panel of street food experts to talk about the growing phenomenon on Wednesday night.

On the menu will be discussing the growth of street food in San Francisco over the last year and what foodie trends are on the horizon.

Among the scheduled panelists will be Off the Grid and SF Cart Project Founder Matt Cohen, Forage SF Founder Iso Rabins, Slow Jams Founder Shakirah Simley and La Cocina Marketing and Communications Coordinator Margarita Rojas.

Jason Mark, an editor with Earth Island Journal and co-manager of the Alemany Farm, will be moderating the event.

There will also be a food after-party at 111 Minna.

The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the cost is $12 for Commonwealth Club members, $20 for non-members and $7 for students with a valid ID.
