After a win against the Seattle Seahawks, where the 49ers took it 40-21, the embattled team has dusted themselves off and fought back to gain a chance at the playoffs. Quarterback Alex Smith returned to the field to throw three touchdowns and (surprisingly) no interceptions. Niners fans everywhere are rejoicing.

49ers Webzone reports that the 49ers are, “…now only a game behind Seattle and St. Louis with three games left to play.”
