Description
Master Photographers working in all styles and mediums have been selected at the international juried photography exhibition: Glimpses in Time. 61 photographs were selected from a group 154 images by René de Guzman, Senior Art Curator, Oakland Museum of California our sole Juror. The photographers come from all over the world United States, France,Germany, Japan Argentina and Mexico. The following are the award winners:
