She went on to receive her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification through The Shambhava School of Yoga, during which program she lived a traditional yogic lifestyle at Shoshoni Ashram. Since then, she has studied Inner Yoga™, Principle Based Partner Yoga™, Prenatal, Warriors at Ease™, YogaEd, and iRest® Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller. Most recently, she received her 500Hr Yoga Alliance Certification through Sivananda School of Yoga. She has sought out certifications to deepen her practice and teaching because she loves tailoring classes to students' needs and goals. Rebecca is an E-RYT, having over 3,000 hours of teaching experience, which she feels has been some of her greatest study, second to the yoga of being a mother. When not teaching in the studio or retreat setting, Rebecca designs and teaches corporate yoga wellness programs for both start-up and international companies. Other than her passion for yoga, Rebecca's an outdoor enthusiast of many sorts, and is an in-love mother to 3 year-old boy.Get a better feel for her on our Team page, and visit her site atwww.rebeccamayneyoga.com.ABOUT YOUR ANATOMY + PHYSIOLOGY TRAINEREliza Colebatch is passionate about teaching accessible anatomy + physiology at yoga teacher trainings worldwide. She has successfully married her physical therapy (physiotherapy) training and years of clinical experience with her passion for teaching yoga and finds immense reward in the sharing of this knowledge.Of upmost importance to Eliza, is the conversion of these complex subjects into both understandable and actionable information, thereby ensuring students and fellow teachers can immediately take away a wealth of new tools to teach and to share with their own yoga communities. Her teaching style combines intellectual rigour, humour and demonstration, and is constantly evolving.http://elizacolebatchyoga.com/ytt-anatomy-physiology/MEET YOUR SPECIAL GUEST INSTRUCTOR Lindsay Foreman is a yogi, foodie and educator focused on making change in our community by working with local food businesses, teaching sustainable green living habits and inspiring others to take care of their body and natural environment. Lindsay believes that when we consciously breathe we surrender to the present moment, we let go of what has been holding us back.
