The annual fundraiser, featuring three silent sections and one live auction, will showcase over 100 pieces of artwork in multiple mediums and styles from emerging and established Bay Area artists.
Attendees will find art hand-picked by design professionals from the Bay Area and beyond giving long-time art patrons and new collectors an opportunity to view and purchase original pieces while contributing back to San Francisco's creative community. Cocktails and wine will be accompanied by delicious hors d'oeuvres and light faire provided by Macadamia Events and Catering of San Francisco.
Other donated gift packages will also be available for purchase, courtesy of local restaurants and businesses, including a welding class with SF Open Studios artist Rebecca Fox, a personalized tour of artist studios, tickets to the San Francisco Ballet, a limited edition football from the San Francisco 49ers, a Blue and Gold Fleet Bay Cruise, and more.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit the nonprofit's youth programs, which provide arts education to 600 under-served youth in San Francisco at no expense to the school or students' families, in addition to benefiting over 800 working artists who participate in SF Open Studios and ArtSpan's professional development workshops, and over 60,000 members of the public who attend SF Open Studios and ArtSpan's exhibitions.
