As Root Division prepares to open our new facility at 1131 Mission St. we are presenting our August 2nd Saturday exhibition offsite at 2293 Mission Street in the heart of our old Mission District neighborhood. In 14 Rapid: Transit and Transition, twelve artists consider the #14 Bus line, and the evolution of Mission Street in a variety of media. The #14 Muni bus line runs from Daly City to SoMA and carries passengers that represent a rich cultural diversity. We are excited to be partnering with Citizen Fox to offer an evening of art and innovative plant based food. Please join us as we celebrate our old neighborhood, and look just down the street-only a few bus stops away-to our future home.
