About Chelsea Scherer:
In my practice, I draw upon my time living in a Vedic Ashram. There, I lead daily Vedic Fire Ceremonies at sunrise and studied ancient Vedic scriptures, rituals and Yogic philosophy in depth.
I am an Usui Reiki Master and Shamanic Reiki practitioner. My Reiki practice has been part of my daily self care since 2009.
I have a degree as a Clinical Ayurveda Practitioner and spent 4 years studying Ayurveda, Yoga & Vedanta in a traditional Vedic Gurukulm with Acharya Shunya.
I began studying Yoga, Ayurveda & Reiki over 15 years ago when I was healing and doing shadow work after an extremely violent & traumatic period in my life that was the source of severe PTSD and a dark depression. Because these holistic traditions have been the catalyst for healing, introspection and growth for me, I am dedicated to studying for life and happy to share what I have learned with you.
